Training

End-User Training is available in classroom, seminar or tutorial settings. EAI's e-Learning can complement your existing training programs, as well as offer training for remote offices to minimize travel and cost. Classes are scheduled at your convenience and customized to your requirements.

Our application specialists not only provide training, they also have real-world experience working closely with our clients during and after projects. An analysis of your environment allows us to provide classes that contain examples of how features are actually used in your organization, making training much more effective.

Administrator Training is available for all the products we install and support to help you manage your systems more effectively. 

New User Orientation brings users up to speed quickly, familiarizing new employees with the applications and processes they use all day, every day.

Train-the-Trainer programs provide classes for in-house personnel that focus on important training concepts as well as content and flow. Troubleshooting techniques, frequently asked questions and common student concerns are also covered to better prepare personnel for both training and future support. Trainers are given an opportunity to train on various topics in order to feel more comfortable when training actually begins.

Support
Network and PC Support services provide regularly-scheduled or as-needed visits for the purpose of maintaining an efficient, functioning, and well-managed computing environment. Access can be in person or by using remote access. 

End-User Support provides end users with a single telephone number to call for all questions relating to the applications installed by EAI, allowing end-users to resume work in a minimum amount of time. During post-training floor support, trainers guide students through problem solving techniques that allow them to be more self-sufficient. Logs maintained by support personnel, allow the organization to pinpoint key areas of concern in order to structure appropriate workshops. 

Web-Based Support provides ongoing support tailored to your organization's specific requirements. A technician can solve problems via the web by showing you solutions with his or her own computer, or by taking over your computer in real time. No additional hardware is required above a computer and internet connection.

System Documentation services outline and document current systems by developing a detailed system configuration guide. Documentation minimizes potential conflicts when integrating additional hardware and software and is key to smooth growth, upgrades, and future projects. Thorough and easy to understand documentation also provides your technical staff, outside vendors and EAI with the information critical to quickly and efficiently resolve issues.
